Senior Consultants in Microsoft Dynamics NAV are needed by Microsoft Gold Partner in Oslo, Norway. The company is a leading provider of ERP solutions to customers worldwide, specializing particularly in the hospitality industry.
The job role is to act as an Implementation Specialist for MS Dynamics NAV projects with customers.
Responsibilities include:
- On-site and remote customer implementation and support
- Consulting
- Training
- Configurating
- Needs and gap analysis
- Compiling customer requirements
- Writing specifications
- Providing senior management with accurate reports and documentation
Of vital importance to this job role is the ability to ensure high customer satisfaction and skilfully manage customer relationships. The ability to quickly learn new products and tasks is also important.
In addition to experience in MS Dynamics NAV, a big plus would also be previous experience in LS Retail software.
